About

25 Years Building Commercial Access Solutions

Israel Serrano arrived in the United States with a goal: to build a better future through hard work and determination. As a Hispanic entrepreneur, he started from the ground up, learning the scaffolding trade one project at a time.

With dedication and perseverance, he built Serrano Scaffolding System LLC, a company built on safety, reliability and responsiveness to the contractors it serves.

As the company grew, so did the next generation. Steven Serrano, Israel's son, learned the business firsthand, working side by side with his father. Today, Steven is one of the company's key leaders, driving growth and ensuring that Serrano Scaffolding System LLC continues to expand and succeed.

Today, Serrano Scaffolding System LLC is a full-service commercial and industrial scaffolding subcontractor serving General Contractors across DC, Maryland and Virginia. We erect, inspect and dismantle Layher Allround system scaffold to OSHA 29 CFR 1926 Subpart L requirements. OSHA-Certified and fully insured — ready to mobilize on your next project.
